Steps to Request an Invoice
1.Download the invoice application form: 1_UTV_OPR_INVOICE-APPLICATION.pdf.
2.Complete only the ‘Invoice Details’ section (Items 5–8) of the form. Please provide the client’s details to whom the invoice should be issued, including:

Billing Address:
3.Submit the completed form via email to icgsce@uitm.edu.my
4.Please use the following email subject format: <Request for Invoice>_<Paper ID>
Example:
<Request for Invoice>_Paper ID 24
Important Note: This method is only for payments made via Local Order (LO). For direct online payments, participants can simply use the Payment Gateway by clicking the category of participation under the Payment Type section above. No invoice is required for online payments.
