The committee cordially invites submissions of original work that has not been published or is under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review and will be assessed by reviewers based on quality, originality, and relevance. The final publication type for each paper will be determined through this review process and any specific requirements outlined by the journals or proceedings.

The final acceptance for publication is subject to the acceptance by the respective journal editor-in-chief.
